Shipping Time
Thanks for thinking to have us help out with your sign order! We'd like you to know that we love to get these signs out quickly so you can hang them up or give them as a gift as soon as possible. All sign orders are shipped via FEDEX or USPS. This means that once the sign is created, you will see it within 2-5 business days no matter where you live in the United States.
How much is shipping?
We offer $12.99 shipping to every order within the United States. Any orders to Canada cost $35 to ship.
What happens once I place an order?
You will get an email from our team saying thank you and showing you a proof of the sign. We will work with the proof until it looks exactly how you want it. So check your email because we like to help get your sign created quickly! Most often, proofs are approved within 1 to 2 emails and in just a few hours.
How long does it take to make the sign before it is shipped?
Great question! All signs (even personalized) are shipped out within 2-3 days of the proof being approved. If you need this to be expedited, just ask and we'll see what we can do to help out!
How long does shipping take?
Sign orders are shipped via FEDEX GROUND and sometime USPS Priority Mail. All shipments will be to your door within 2 to 5 business days of the sign being shipped.

The map below shows the number of days it takes FEDEX to deliver your sign. Signs are made and shipped from Bozeman, Montana. Bozeman is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains near Yellowstone National Park.
Packaging
Your signs are carefully packaged to ensure your sign gets to your doorstep without any defects. Our .080 gauge aluminum signs are very durable and made to withstand the outdoor elements. Yet, we make sure to package them with techniques to prevent scratches and bending of the signs.
Order Tracking - We provide order tracking for all our shipments. Once an order is shipped, you will recieve an email with the USPS or FEDEX tracking information.

Returns Policy
You may return any new sign within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if it is damaged or printed incorrectly. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 to 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
