Q: How long does it take to get my sign?
A: Signs ship out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your sign has been shipped, it will take 2-5 business days to get the sign to any address in the United States. For more information about Shipping please click here. Do you need it sooner? If so, we can help find an expedited shipping plan for you.
Q: Can I see what my sign is going to look like?
A: You betcha! We send a proof out via email for every single order we get. The proofs are sent out within 1-3 hours, and often even sooner. In the email you will see proofs using the ideas and instructions submitted with the order. We will work on the proof until it looks perfect for you, no matter how many emails it takes. We usually have the proofs approved after 1 or two emails. Below is an example of an email with proofs and what the proof could look like.
Q: How durable are your signs?
A: All of our signs are made using high quality .080 gauge aluminum with a premium outdoor vinyl graphic. This is the same thickness of the ski signs up on the slopes. They will not rust and are made to last for many years outdoors or indoors. Many of our signs are at resorts and so they are made to be out in all weather conditions!
Q: What if I want a different name or saying on my sign that you don't already have?
A: Great question! If you would like to change up a sign to fit you better simply go to our custom sign category. During checkout please let us know how you'd like to customize the sign in the comments section. You may also give us a call at 800.294.3670 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How is the design applied to the aluminum?
A: We cut out all of our designs using a state of the art vinyl cutter. We only use the best and most durable vinyl on the market. It is a high quality premium vinyl. The vinyl will last many years and is the same product used by state highway departments and at ski resorts.
Q: How do I hang my sign?
A: Signs can be hung indoors or out. During checkout, please choose where you'd like holes drilled (if any). If mounting to a cabin or building we recommend ordering a sign with holes in all four corners. Use nails or screws to attach the sign.
Other outdoor mounting options include mounting to fence posts, sign posts, or using a wing bracket. Click here to order mounting accessories.
Below is an example of a sign being mounted outdoors using a wing bracket. You can also use smaller mounts without a large wing on them. The smaller sign mounts work well for our 24x9 signs. You can find many other sign mounting options on Amazon including round street sign post brackets.
For signs hung indoors, simply level the sign and hang it up. Tools you will need: Hammer and a level.
Q: Do you offer other shipping methods in addition to the FEDEX?
A: You bet we do. If this is a last minute gift or you just need the sign quickly let us know. We will make sure to expedite the order and can upgrade the shipping speed for the additional cost to us. If shipping to a PO box, you will get your sign shipped via USPS.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we do ship to Canada. Shipping is more expensive due to the cost to ship internationally, but we still sell a lot of signs to our neighbors to the North! Shipping for the 24x9 size is $35 for Canadian orders. Many of our customers living close to the US border have their signs shipped to a US address and pick up in the United States.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
